I am sure there are sad faces out there with the recent loss of call center support for legacy customers. More and more, the carriers are assigning the cost of support directly back to those who use it if they choose to not use the self serve option. Koodo has had a $10 per interaction charge for a long time. The competition is getting on board. The Public Mobile customer base will be the most resilient in handling with the future. We should feel good about being ahead of everyone else.

If it all leads to lower cell plan prices in the future, then it's worth it. Public is the most value for money in canada now, so whatever they're doing to keep their prices lower than the rest, it's working so far.
