Thank you for your help. That steered me to the right place.

can you get the code via email first?  click "Didn't receive code" and chose "Send email"  

if you can login, then go to Profile and select Manage EverSafe id and update the phone number there

if you cannot get the code that way, then ask PM to help to change to the proper phone number for 2FA, 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here
