The 500mb of data for autopay has disappeared from my plan?!

Um... all of a sudden I get a txt msg saying I'm at 75% of data...okay.

So I check out my account and the 500mb that was offered with my plan is gone? 

What kinda BS is that?

I'm moving tomorrow and need that data to help with my trip. And I'm not paying 10$ for only 200mb add on.. or the rediculas 30$ for 1 gig.

I've been on it for the last year.

Just because its not on the site now doesnt mean it doesnt exists.

My 30$ plan said 1 gig +500mb goe auto pay. Now its just gone

@saje_wardIt might be a good idea to switch your teens plan as that's what the $25 plan is offering now.

My teen is on the $30 plan. It has a 500mb in the base plan and a 500mb top up for a total of 1g. It was never a 1.5g plan.

No such plan. If you are on $30 plan, you have 1GB or 2GB. Depends on when you signed up. If you used data, you have no choice to buy add-on or change plan for more data.

How long have you been on this plan?

Did you turn off autopay?

Are you still getting the $2 autopay reward?

@AtomicFather Do you mean $35 and not $30. The $30 only includes 1GB. If your on the $30 best to change your plan to the $25  saves you $5 every 30 days.

@AtomicFatherWhat plan are you on? If the 500MB is not on the front page, that means you have used the 500MB up.
