I don’t see the credit of $10 that was promised when I activated a new sim card through the friend Refferal program. Where is the $10 and where and when should I see it in my account.

When did you activate with the referral code? As @softech mentioned it shows as cash in your available balance and therefore your first renewal will be $10 cheaper. You should also receive 5 reward points as your welcome present that you can out towards things on the reward catalogue

@Mirowahba Yes, you may. In fact, PM will deposit the $10 into your account as Available Fund (not reward points). So, once you see the $10 showing up there, it can be used. Usually people will leave it there, when renewal time comes, PM will first take the $10 from there, the remaining balance will then be taken off your credit card (assuming you have Autopay enabled)

@Mirowahba hi since you are on the new rewards program you need at least 15 points in your rewards account to help pay for your new cycle next month
