Hi there,
All of a sudden, texts to my brother (who has a US number and is in the US) are not going through anymore. While texts to his wife (also US number and is in the US) go through.
Any suggestions?
I did switch my plan to the 75GB $35/month plan, but that doesn't take effect until May 29, and that plan includes texts to US anyway.

I don't get an error code. It seems as it is delivered. My Account usage indicates messages are being sent.

@Mark2024 If you follow @hTideGnow 's instruction, to check if your message went through, and it did., then it sounds like the problem is with your brothers allowance of the receipt. He may need to check with his provider or manipulate his individual phone settings.

update Google Message and clear cache
and when you said you cannot send, did you get an error or the message was sent but just never received on the other side (sent but lost)? Check My Account usage history to see if it shows the message was recorded as sent

Yes, he can text me. His wife and he have the same plans, and I can send/receive with her.

@Mark2024 - Can you have your brother text you to see if you can receive them from him?
Perhaps its a one-way issue with him not being able to receive. This could mean the issue is from his side.

are you in Canada now? you are using Android or iPhone?
Try Reset Network settings. Try to text by using +1 ### ### #### as the phone number , also try 1 ### ### ####
and if you are using Android, make sure you using Google Message and clear cache first
