I can call and everything else seems to work but my I'm not able to send or receive texts. I have already restarted my phone.

Click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket to connect with an agent to help you if the suggestions didn’t work.

New customer? versus old? Data working fine?
Might want to try a network reset on your phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

iPhone or Android?
Try reboot phone and then Reset Network Settings
And for Android, uninstall and reinstall Google Message and it should work
But if you have an iPhone, remove the phone number from settings. Then wait 15 mins and. Reboot phone and enter the number back to re-register iMessage
