I retired and account linked to my old work e-mail and the Phone number stored in the eversafe is unknown to me, probably the old sim card number before a ported my Koodo number over. Because of these two errorsI can not log in. My service has stopped working so likely due to non-payment, but I can not get into my account to check. I will likely need an AGENT to sort this out. But can't log in to connect. Help

with your problem, you won't be able to use Chatbot to submit a ticket with PM support agent
so, you need to message them using this link
