Texts and calls fail to reach Nova Scotia @mod

Hello, This is a recurring issue where my texts and calls fail to reach phone numbers in Nova Scotia. Please address this asap as my family relies on daily communication with me (in BC). Thank you, Andrea

Hi! I recently moved from BC to Nova Scotia - and didn't have any issues contacting anyone in BC, or have anyone from Nova Scotia contact me when I was in BC. I would definitely recommend looking at network and phone setting, and also see if the network provider for your family is working well? I found that some network providers provide VOIP which I've struggled with in the past.

@androbin  Try rebooting the phone or reset network settings . Also try your network connection on 3G see if that helps
