Texting

Just bought Ulefone 16 Note Pro, cannot send or receive Photos/pics when texting! Works fine with email! Any suggestions, please.

Number porting would have no effect on outgoing MMS messages (which this customer isn't able to send), nor would a number porting issue prevent only receipt of MMS (SMS wouldn't come either if it's sent from a different carrier).

Inserted SIM PM Card from another device (Motorola) Same number had it for years!

Tell us more what you did/do.

When did you signed up with PM? Did you port your number? Does other services work as expected? Can you call out, receive calls? Can you do SMS in/out?

For MMS to work your DATA has to be ON. MMS will not use your data allowance, though...

DO NOT USE 3rd PARTY apps for MMS! Use native phones texting app.

Try the following…reset network settings, ensure apn settings are correct, ensure cellular data is on.
