I recently paid my bill but still aren't receiving text messages.

The account is active 

@Krystal88   on your phone does it show connected to PM network?

 

and try one more thing, change the Prefered network type or network mode from Automatic to 3G and see if it connects after the change

try rebooting your device, resetting your network connections, or toggling airplane mode on and off.

 

Alternatively, you can also try another SIM card from a ‘known to be working’ service in the device to see if it’s a device issue.

@Krystal88   you are receiving incoming calls and able to make calls?

for Text, you are talking about traditional SMS or iMessage/RCS?

@Krystal88 , please login to your online account and confirm that the account is in active status.  Also, is texting the only function affected?  Does calling and data work?
