Set up my mum and dad with public mobile on Sunday with physical sim cards. They are able to make and receive phone calls, but are unable to send or receive text messages. They are not big users of there phones, so they are on the $15 minimal 4g. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as they are not happy that I changed there provider to save them some money and not be fully functional.

@Jdalton There an issue for new activations and sms not working . Public mobile is aware for now best to contact support they can fix it on a one by one basis
