Text messages

I can’t reply to a text message. I get * not delivered *. The only ones that are working are people with I phone.

Also, make sure that your phone number is enabled with iMessage in the send/receive tab.

Because you are using iphone and only enabled iMessage

First, make sure your mobile network is turn on and you see connected to Public Mobile 

on your Settings > Messages, Under SMS/MMS , please enable Text Message or Group Messaging and MMS Messaging

(if it is already turned on, disable it first, reboot, and go back to turn them back on)
