I have been having problems all.day texting I can receive but I cant send

Have you tried your sim card into another compatible phone to see if the same thing happens?

 

If the same thing happens submit a ticket with CSA and see what they say.

If the same thing does not happen, contact the support of your phone manufacturer and see what they have to say.

did you try to text in different area or from the same place?

 

At least try to reseat the sim card.  Power down the phone, take the sim out for a minute, then put it back and power up

 

If still fails, try to clear cache of the messaging app on your phone

 

If still fails, and you have another phone around, put your PM sim card there and test it on the other phone
