I have an iPhone 14 Pro and can’t send text with attachments to non iPhones. I can send a regular text but cannot send a text with an attachment.

Just do a hard restart. Push volume up then volume down and hold the power button and wait for the Apple logo then let go the power button.

@RobDM , install the latest iOS 18.2.1 and enable RCS protocol for texting. With that you should be able to send attachments to anyone else who is also running the RCS protocol regardless whether they are android or iOS users.

hi @RobDM
make sure you have the latest iOS and Carrier profile
try reboot the phone
and go to settings and enable both iMessage and Text Message (Settings-> Apps-> Message)
try Reset network settings on your phone
