i have travelled from Canada to Hawaii and I do not have internet access other than on WiFi this roaming not working. any suggestions 

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and can’t send text with attachments to non iPhones. I can send a regular text but cannot send a text with an attachment. 

I am new to Public (account is 24 hours old). Everything now working except RCS texting. says “waiting for activation”. I have read that it can take a few days to activate or am I doing something wrong?

I cannot send text messages to android (non iPhone) users. I can receive but not send. any suggestions?

I can’t make outgoing calls or send texts to some (not all) contacts
