It's very frustrating that public mobile doesn't have a proper customer care team that one can actually call or chat with in real time. Last call I received on my phone was on the 10th so I only just noticed this. It's incredibly frustrating to me because my phone is how I get reached from work heaven knows how many people have attempted to get through and failed. I've updated my phone software. I've done the reboot and factory reset and nothing. I'm getting really red

I'm in contact with them right now. Only venting because I'm not really a very patient person 😭 and the thought of having missed something important. I'm hoping to get a solution soon.. not a fan of wrenches in my life/plans

@Chidimma What phone do you have? Lately some people seem to be having problems if their phone needs to use the 3G network. You can contact customer support via the chat icon bottom right of this page, although as you noted it's not real time so they may take an hour or so to get back to you. If you can't use the chatbot to get in contact with support for some reason, then send them a private message using this link

BTW do you have access to another phone? If so you can call in to your PM voicemail that way.

@Chidimma wrote:Thanks for your response. It's true I did no research I was referred. I still prefer real time solutions. I can't dial 611 I already tried before posting because any sort of calls don't work. My current subscription expires in January. I only noticed this because I have a voicemail that I can't even listen to. I'm yet to try my sim on another phone because I see no reason why it works well with messages and data. Maybe I'd try that idk
Well, the only suggest I can make now is to contact a CS Agent via this link. Keep an eye on the mailbox in the top right corner.

Well @Chidimma if you did your research on Public Mobile before you joined, you would have known that customer service is here on the forums. Just saying....
Have you logged into your account to see if it's been paid up to date? That's the usual reason why phones don't work. 🙂 You can also dial 611.
Another option, have you tried your SIM card in a different phone??
