Terrible speeds on LTE

Slightly better if I turn off LTE

Any ideas?

I know this is an older thread, but thought I'd chime in if others find it. I have had trouble with LTE where I am at my cottage which is a bit off the beaten path but not overly - still within range of cell towers. I am new to Public. I was with Koodo so I figured Public would work just as well here - it hasnt so far. But I turned off 5G and LTE and am now getting consistent connections, whereas before it was on and off.

I'm on the $34 5G plan.

iPhone XR get's 103 Mbps down and 25 Mbps up

iPhone SE 2020 gets 121 Mbps down and 20.5 up.

HI @Corynick

you turned of LTE and become 4G, but 4G is LTE!!!

what other option you have in the network mode? did you try automatic? 5G? or even 3G? try them all

but before you try them all again, try Reset All networks first, then test your different network in different area, not just one

and what phone do you have?

Better to test the sim in another phone too
