I need to cancel and get my 50$ refunded please.. my phone doesn't even work now with your carrier company. I don't receive calls, can't make calls or texts..

@Knotty if you just activated, it is just a sim card provisioning issue. It is an easy fix for PM and you just need to engage them via ticket here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

Indeed, if one shot and that's it, this place probably isn't the place for you.   Perhaps you may wish to deal with a higher tier (and likely higher priced) company.

Are you referring to customer service or reception?

It sounds like your account is suspended for nonpayment or a outage in your area. Dial 611 for the status of your account.

To cancel you PM service, just port your number to another carrier and will cancel right away

or login to your account and stop monthly payments by disable Subscribe/AutoPay and will cancel after 90 days.

Sorry no refund for any prepaid service in Canada like PM. The higher postpaid service will be prorated so this is what you will need to port over to.

@Knotty  pM it ore paid no refunds . You ca cancel your account by listing out the number or turning off auto pay 

Turn  auto pay  OFF/ON  3 easy clicks
