I tried transferring my telus number to public mobile yesterday. Received authorization and replied yes, but the esim activation was unsuccessful. The number went to void and is prompted as invalid. I called telus and they say the port transfer is done and public mobile has the number now. But the system shows invalid and unavailable to port. Customer support say they cant do anything and say the number shows invalid. Whats the solution? how does this work? I am using a temporary activated number but want my original number transferred.please help
