Telephone calls not connecting

Can not make or receive calls. As soon as I try it disconnects and same happens for incoming calls

............... and now not working lol, guess we're not all the way there yet! Next call after that worked though, so maybe just a little instability, seems mostly OK now.

@Nezgar   true, I start seeing couple posts about SK.

It was also down for me in SK, but calling & data are working as of now.

@Jozef39 - where are you located? Alberta is reporting some outages.

Are you a new customer that just activated, or have you been a customer for a while that this happened all of a sudden?

 

Try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, leave off for a few minutes, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

*try your SIM card into another compatible phone...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

*manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily)

@Jozef39   you are in AB?  they have mass outage with voice in the area.  Telus is working on it
