I activated with you over an hour ago, but phone not connecting to calls. I was to receive a 6 digit code to my assigned number that is not activated. So did not receive

No not able to make nor receive. It’s a new sim

can you make calls? can you use mobile data?

and Reboot phone and click Reset Network settings

remove the old sim card, then Reboot phone and click Reset Network settings

your old cell provider account must be active and in good standing in order to transfer successfully...is your still active ?
