I topped up my account. It took my money but still says i didnt top up my account and my phone still does not work

Refresh your browser and reboot your phone by powering it off then back on.

With a suspended account, a top up of the plan amount wouldn't show up in your Public Mobile account balance as it would be immediately taken to renew your plan. I suspect that there may simply be a short delay before your service starts working again.

Log out of your account. Clear your browser and log back in using secret/incognito mode. Has your account reactivated? Or do you see the funds in your account balance? If not check your payment card to see if the payment processed and posted to your transactions.
