Somehow have lost the ability to use mobile/internet data when outside my wifi connection??? I Am asked to sign into the public mobile account and when I press to activate the process it fails. Continously. Any quick and easy features or do I take it into a Public Mobile service office, if any exists.
@tmanna usually the prompt to sign into PM account is because all data were used up already
How much data in your plan?
Please login to My Account using incognito mode and check the data usage there, see if there is any data left. Again, please use Incognito mode as this assure you are getting the latest info from the system and not a cached usage
