Hi, I need to talk to a human please how can I contact someone 😞 This is a very specific problem that I can't find a solution for. I purchased the sim to come to Canada and I forgot to cancel the line when I didn't need it anymore so I've been paying a line that I'm not using. I don't find the sim and I don't have access to my account I think it has been blocked. I can't find any email or anything I'd need to cancel this number.

Your best option is to contact support:

And to call your bank to not authorize payments to that account.

But if you can dial a North American toll free number from where you are or get a voip app then dial 1-855-4pu-blic and listen to your renewal date and balance. Then the evening before that date (eastern time) log in to your credit card account and put the card on pause. Then later the next morning (eastern time) unpause the credit card. That will stop the account from renewing.
If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can use that toll free to turn off the subscription (autopay) as well.

if you do not need the service anymore, you can also call your bank/credit card and they can do something
