I can receive calls but can’t make calls anyone know what’s going on

HI @Santaclause 

this is unusual you can receive calls but not make calls.  What phone you have? esim or physical sim? 

Change network mode to 3G and test

or test your sim card in another phone

you can also ask support to help to refresh your account.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Santaclause   Did you just join Public Mobile and transfer your number from a previous carrier?  Although as @hTideGnow  mentioned, with porting it's usually the other way around.
