@Mags2475 If you did just port number and missed the 90 min window to reply yes there’s a number to live support Telus porting team that can help re trigger the port for you will send it to you private message

It sounds like porting is not completed. If you ported your old number over to PM. You are required to reply to the text with YES with the old SIM in your phone within the 90 minute window.
If you missed replying to the text. You need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process.
