TTC stop 898882 text not working

I am trying to text to 898882 for checking when the next TTC bus will come, but the text not sending out. Could you help to fix it?

Huawei is banned in the US which means there are access limitations with the google ecosystem.  The stock messaging app on your phone may not be playing nice.

@wangl626   Since we can text this shortcode but seems like you cannot text any shortcode at all, we cannot tell if it is an account issue or device

Do you have another device around? can you put your PM sim card there and test?  This will force a sim reprovision and it could resolve the issue without PM's help

Were you Ever before been able to text to that number?

Did anybody else had success texting that number?

Maybe you need some symbol in front of number as it is not 'legitimate' phone number.

start with a device reboot

if it still fails, try to clear cache and see if it helps

can you text others? like to a real person as well as text other short code?  test them as well
