I have a 416 number in the GTA, outgoing calls to local 437 numer is still not working and is saying I need a long distance plan.

Calls to 905 is fine however.

Just an update - the issue has now been resolved and all services should be fully functional. Can you please power cycle and test outgoing calls?

Most are reporting it as being fixed. I just tried mine at 10:40am ET and it’s fixed for me. Hopefully it will be rectified for you shortly too.

Outgoing calls in GTA just started working again (10:35 am).

I have unlimited Ontario long distance, but I can't make any local outgoing calls. 

I have a 647 number in the GTA. Have tried calling 647, 416 and 905. Outgoing toll-free works. Incoming works.

In Toronto with a 647 number, on the province-wide $120 12GB promo plan without long-distance add-on. Incoming calls work fine but outgoing local calls still do not work.

No one from public mobile come out and say something, very disappointed about the network, I used happy as public mobile customer, but it can't fix soon, I will change the carrier, I do my small business and lost some works this morning.

Area code 647 located in the GTA.  Everything is working fine here.  I tried calling a 416, 905, 647 number and they all work.  It would interesting to differentiate the cause of why some accounts are working and others not.  My account included province wide calling.  I do have long distance minutes as well.  I tried to login to my account to take a look at the usage history.  Of course we have the complete catastrophe here.  The SSL certificate is bad and chrome won't let me login.  It's gonna be one of those Mondays...

Should send report or twit to the media that they are down, this is particularly dangerous situation for people who need to call for emergency. Wondering if Telus and Koodo customers are also affected.

Not able to make local calls either. Exact message:

Sorry we cannot complete your call. You do not have an active long distance add-on and this call is not covered by your plan. Get an add-on by dialing *611.

Everything was fine until last night - no local (647) calls this morning. @CS_Agent Please help!

From what I understand, technical support should be active at 9AM EST. Thats the time I'd be willing to bet all the mods see this flood. Give it 30 mins.
