From what I understand, technical support should be active at 9AM EST. Thats the time I'd be willing to bet all the mods see this flood. Give it 30 mins.
I'm having the exact same issue. My phone will receive province-wide calls, however if I attempt to make an outbound call within Ontario, I get a message saying that it's long distance... Hopefully this can be rectified sooner than later...
