I have a package of unlimited talk time within Canada, but I got a message from public mobile saying that you have limited talk time left. Has anyone faced the same problem?

There is a problem with the public mobile notification system that sends out text messages. Public mobile is aware of this and are working on fixing the issue. For now, please ignore the text message.
You can always reset your network settings as this may help.

this happens some time as a system error. Usually wait 5 minutes and reboot the phone and it will clear up.
But if that does not help, you will need to ask PM support to reprovision your account. Please open ticket with PM support:
