Hi,
So a few months ago, I switched my dad's account to Public mobile and I just realized the 5$ promotion seems to be taken away from the billing every month.
Anyone else has this issue?
How do I resolve it?

Was this the black friday promo? Ive seen this happening on another customers account that signed up for the same promo. Its a glitch. Please contact the moderators as per @Triguy instructions and ask them to credit the account and open a ticket for the tech team to look into the account for its cause. Be sure to ask for the ticket reference # for future inquiries.
Wait times unfortunately are 48+ hours at the moment but it will get corrected.

@canardmou Not sure how discounts applies to plans, but by the looks of it, they think this is a system issue and taking it away? What about previous renewal? When did the promotion discount get added? On a certain date or right before the renewal?
