Oops. Just realised that I had mobile data unchecked!! Works fine now. Sorry.

Seems like network connecting issue on your phone. Can you make or receive calls and texts? Check in your self-serve account if you have data available to use. If yes, try rebooting your phone/turning on/offf airplane mode, etc.

I get that message when I was trying to do some online banking. When trying to google something says "Offline. No network available. When trying facebook it says "Can't connect. Tap to retry.
