How do I switch my phone plan

Log into Self-Serve, under Plan & Add-Ons

At the top right

You can change your plan to your choosing.

Log in to the account and click the plans & add-ons tab and click on change plan and select a plan. Use the little orange arrows and choose 4G or 3G up top. Then select change on next renewal. Unless you want more data now. Be aware that there is no pro-rating here if you do that.
