Switching Plans

Hello. I want to switch plans (downgrade) for a few months (Plan $15) until I use up all my free data of 240+GB. Anyone here who have done the same? And did you get the same 5G download speeds ? TIA

There is no longer $15 plan for existing customers, the lowest plan is $19, which you could lose 240 GB free data.

some customer downgraded to $29 plan and still have their 240GB free data.

Also, the $15 plan is not available for exiting customers anymore.  $15 plan is only available for new activations.

I wouldn’t do it because if you downgrade your plan. You will lose the 250gb of data.

@Bebet , if you downgrade your plan, that bonus data will disappear immediately.  The condition for keeping that data available for 150 days requires you to stay on the existing plan.
