Switching 1 phone from Virgin to PM from an account with 2 phones

So I'm looking into switching from Virgin Mobile, however my account also has my mother's phone on it and she wishes to stay with Virgin. Ive already checked and my phone is compatible, my number is portable and im using my current SIM card.

But I'm wondering if me activating my SIM card with PM will have any affect on my mother's phone ans service since she's on my account?

@Shae_K09  I think you would need to talk to Virgin if you're the primary account holder.  I know you can easily switch the secondary number in that situation because I did it myself.  I just needed to input the old carrier account number when porting to PM.  But you might need to get Virgin to change the account holder in your case to your mother.

@Shae_K09  It shouldn’t even thou it’s her number it’s your account if you keep a line there you still have access to virgin account . But you be better to ask virgin that question to confirm

It shouldn’t effect her account as long as she is the primary account holder.
