Switched to a 25$ 500MB plan, now my profile shows that my plan has no data

Hi. I just switched to the 25$ 500MB + 500MB on autopay plan, looked like I could save 10$ over my 1GB 35$ plan, but now my Plan Details page shows this... 😞

there is no data in the list of features... Is it a bug and I'll actually get the data, or is the offer not available to existing clients, or did I do something wrong? ... Please help! Thanks

Although there is an option to choose your region, the plans are not affected by the region selection.  All Public Mobile plans are available to all regions in Canada.

 

As mentioned earlier, the province wide option is only available in the plan builder.  $25 special promo has CANADA Wide calling.

I signed up to PM for the first time this week. I got the $25 plan for both me and my husband. There was no mention of “provincial” in the plan and the data wasn’t 1 GB but 500MB + 500MB. I’m wondering if you didn’t change your province at the top of the page? Maybe you’re ordering a plan for Yukon or something?

I'm confused. You said you were on the $35 plan and that you had changed it to a $25 plan and provided an image. Then you appear to have changed it again to a $37 plan and provided an image. For what you said you wanted...this is not correct...in a couple ways.

@lokrietA reminder, downgrading to a lower priced plan might cause problem to autopay.. so it might be useful to top up and renew a day ahead.. A buck and a few quarters of forfeit is worth it IMO.

 

Try change your plan again with a freshly restarted browser with no cookies and cache.. and add ons.. I got a feeling there is some residual cookies / detrus floating in the memory of your browser. QA on website might be something we give up in order to save a buck or two per month.

Yes, I was wondering about that 37 too.. As far as I remember it was 35 when I subscribed.. But I don't usually go to my profile, as it's on autopay, so maybe I forgot, or it changed a while ago or something... Anyway, looks like it was some kind of weird glitch, hope it's all correct now

Yikes! Again...this shouldn't be provincial talk. And $37!?

You need to be aware that when you do these immediate plan changes that you're forfeiting what you've already paid. There's no prorating here. Maybe they'll give you a break with what looks like funky things going on.

 

Edit: The future-change looks like the right amount anyway.

I have to agree, it looks like you plan builder'd your own plan rather than taking the premade plan. That or something really funky happened when it provisioned you. This is something only a mod could fix. If you were to try to fix it yourself you would end up paying again. Either reach out and ask them to fix it for you, or schedule a change to the premade plan on your next renewal.

I think you might have gone into the build your own. That's the only place to get provincial calling.
