Data Usage Anamoly

Hi, I just started a new month and my data usage stats don't make sense

I shouldn't already have used any of the the flash sale 5GB bonus data but the website

is showing that I have. 

Any help would be appreciated.

  500MB + 500MB at 3G Speed	188.403  /  1024 MB
  Flash Sale 5GB bonus	615.053  /  5120 MB

@dtops  The only explanation that I would suggest is that if one of your apps is setup for HD video and you have LTE data then it's logical that it will use the data from the LTE bucket instead of the LTE+ (3G) bucket. Two different buckets not the same.

Maybe you used 1024 + 615 last month and now your new month you've returned to use 188 of the 1024.

Looks like maybe before your last renewal...you used up all your regular data and went into the 5GB Bonus data by that much.

Sound about right ?

@dtopsIs your plan a 1 time bonus of 5GB or a recurring one? If it is 1 time then past month's usage will count against your data bucket.
