Switched subscriptions and it doesn’t work

I just recently (4-5 days ago) switched from the plan with 50Gb data, talk and call Canada wide. For 2$ more they have the same plan but for Canada and US wide. Now I’m in the US, and my data isn’t working. I got it as I knew I had a trip coming up, so I had cancelled and started the new subscription right when seeing it. 

I have tried trouble shooting, turning phone on and off, airplane mode, etc. I’m out of options. What to do.

Others have already told you what to do. Don’t be alarmed if you get a message stating that you could incur charges

@Emleh  Ensure you have data roaming turned on in phone settings . And set phone to 4G/LTE not 5G and connect to T mobile At&T or Verizon and reboot the phone first

hi @Emleh 

make sure your mobile data roaming is enabled on the phone

make sure you connected to T-Mobile, or AT&T or Verizon.  Try them all

also, change network mode to 4G or LTE instead of 5G , it will pick up the network easier
