I switched my PM sim card from my iphone to an LG5. But my data isn't working on my LG5 now. I set up the Access Point info as per PM android APN specs (see print screen below/attached) and have re-started as well as turned off and restarted it several times. My data is still not working. I can only call and text and connect to wifi. Please help.

As noted, most likely cause is a bug that affects virtually every LG G-series model, and requires one of two steps to resolve:
1) First try a network reset, since it's least intrusive--you'll only need to reconnect to your WiFi network(s) and Bluetooth peripheral(s) afterward
If that doesn't resolve it, then
2) Factory reset the phone. Yes, this is inconvenient and annoying, but it resolve the issue. Make sure you back up anything you you want to save that isn't already backed up or synced to a cloud service first.

Any updates?

Have you checked for frequency compatibility of your G5 device with Telus tower frequencies?

@sam121, another community member had a similar problem with their LG G5. Here is a link to the APN settings for the LG G5 discussion. The settings that worked are towards the bottom of the first page. While the problem is not exactly the same (their data worked but MMS did not), the settings or other suggestions in the post may work for you.
Good luck!

Unfortunately, you might have to do a factory reset, LG G series of phones are known to have this issue and need a factory reset in order to get the phone's data to work when switching to another carrier.

@sam121, I believe LG phones have this network reset feature that needs to be used to flush out the old network information. Please do that and then recheck the APN settings for Public Mobile. It goes without saying, enable mobile data and check that if a data usage limit is set that it is higher than the current usage value. See link below.
