Switch to new plan

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I’d like to switch to the new plan of $24/month 4GB data at 4G speed but it says the promotion is for new activations only.  Would I be able to get it?  Since I’m with public mobile for a long time, should it be awarded to royal customers.  Thanks!

@Utchi  Are you on the old rewards system?  If so and your current plan is at a higher price you will lose the new bonus data by switching to a lower priced plan.

Submit your request to the chatbot within your account and see what it will reveal to you.
