At the end of March I switched 3 of my family (including myself) to Koodo. I did so on the last day of my contract period. The next day, Public Mobile billed my credit card for the regular prepaid monthly amounts for all three accounts. I would like to receive a refund back to my card or have a credit applied to my Koodo account. How do I proceed with this request?

actually, you will have better luck to talk to Koodo and ask them for a one time credit. They might do it as Koodo and PM both owned by Telus
