Hi,
I was on the $35 3GB 3G plan.
And my monthly renew is on the 15.
I got the promotion message to switch to the $40 15G 4G plan. And I did that thru my account and the switch at renew date. Which was yesterday.
Today I login and my account shows my plan and usage as 3GB 3G plan.
However, when I look at my payment history it says I am paying for the 15G 4G $30.
But my upcoming bill display still on my old plan !!!!!
what gives. Should I do another switch to this $40 plan.
Looks like a simple website display issue. Someone with proper info on my account should be able to see it and confirm what I should / need to do immediately
Also my download speed inside a house is at 20Mbps. Fast.com which is way faster than 3G.

Yes, you'll have to login to your account using incognito mode each time, if you want the latest information in your account. A pain I know 😃
Also, the new 4G speed will kick in about 48 hours after the plan change.

Incognito works... that is some weirdest 'caching' issue I have seen.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito mode.
Your probably looking at old cached information.
The new 4G speed will kick in, on about 48 hours.
