Have you noticed any suspicious activity on my account or an attempt to cancel it,

since 5pm PACIFIC TIME Nov 13?

Thank you for reaching out. I have done all the things to protect my identity, eg. Calling Telus fraud dept, my bank, Transunion and Equifax, and changed some passwords. My son tells me that many have fallen for this type of Telus scam and to not beat myself up.

What information have you giving that Telus Rep?  Did you give them your credit card? your account number?

first, you should contact Telus support and check if you have an account opened with them

and also, if you receive a text from Telus asking for your permission to Port, do not reply it

And you can also contact PM support after you contact Telus and make sure if any change to your account:

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

We are all customers like you. A PM rep won't know if Telus is offering you any deals. Only thing you can do right now is log into your account, change your email address and password you log on with. About the best you can do.

I ask this because on Nov 13 a bogus Telus rep contacted me with a “deal” to switch to Telus mobile (among other things) and I mistakenly fell for it. Please keep my account active with Public
