What is the longest period allowed to put a call on suspension before losing the account & phone #?

Account must be active once within the 90days stalling period suggest to downgrade your plan while keeping account active
reminder once downgraded you lost all your last plan features

There have been reports of calls getting dropped when they get to 2 hours. So I guess if you're going to put someone on hold (suspension) it'll drop it after 2 hours. 🙂
An account has to be suspended/unpaid for 90 days before it and the phone number get deactivated.

You need to activate a plan before 90 days of suspension.
