Suspension of an account

hi,  I heard that you can suspend the cell phone account for 3 month(or 2 month) while keep the phone numbers and have the cell phone bill start charge on the 3rd month. thank you very much.

I would suggest you remove all email addresses to avoid getting spam.

Click on the reverse V in the circle top right and remove your personal information!

Login into your mother account and disable AutoPay to suspend her account.

If it is longer than 90 days then she will loss her number, SIM will be rendered useless and account closed.

We are customers/members here not public mobile representatives.

Log into here account and remove Autopay, this will prevent the account from renewing on the renewal date. If there are enough funds to renew the account, the list then list the account into lost/stolen mode, this will also prevent the account from renewing and keep the funds as is.

Just be sure to reactivate before 90 days is up.
