Suspending service

Hi, 

I am leaving Canada to my home country to visit my family on May 15 and planning to come back to Canada on June 17.

I am wondering if there is a cheap plan (just receiving texts is enough) while I am not in Canada. 

please let me know if there is any.

Unless you’re going to Mexico or USA, you won’t be recieveing texts anyhow. Talk, text and data will only work in Canada unless you have a Mexico / USA plan or add-on.

hi @Jinju unless your plan cycle ends shortly after May 15, you wont gain much by suspending the account as PM is prepaid, you only start suspending at the end of the current cycle

if you are going ahead with it, login My Account, go to Payment, Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there
