My service has been suspended. I did not receive the text reminder. I have now submitted payment. Will I be able to be reinstated. Thank you.

It looks like Reminders are random send. I did not receive one either since January.
If you paid full bill then button 'resume service' or similar should appear or service should restart automatically.
Check your account...

If you paid in full and the account shows active then do you have services? Maybe restart the phone.
