Hello,
I was wondering what happens if we do not pay our monthly subscription. I know after 90 days the number will be deactivated but before that can we receive any call or voice mail or text or the whole thing would not work at all? is there any way to put credit on our mobile number and pay for what we use and not the monthly price?

@loyalluna Have to pay full Plan cost, or service will be suspended. After 3 months, the number would be deactivated. There is no Pay-as-you-use option for PM....

PM is prepaid. You can suspend your account for up to 90 days but your service would not work.

There will be no service at all @loyalluna if suspended. And this is not a pay as you go service. Look at 711 speak out for that kind of pay as you go service. Stay safe.

It's a prepaid plan service...not pay as you go.
When suspended, none of the services work other than the IVR and sometimes checking voicemail. But why would you when a voicemail can't be left.

@loyalluna hi public plans are prepaid once your cycle expires your service stops until you pay to reactivate

Public mobile does not offer pay as you go plans like some other providers.
Currently you pay for you 30 day plan and at next payment due date you have to pay again.
If you do not pay your account goes to suspended status. Meaning you're completely cut-off until you log into your account and make a payment.
If you don't, you need to do so before 90days or your account is deleted and number is gone. That is, if you want to keep your number.
You may want to look into something like Petro mobile which offer pay as you go plans.
