Having trouble loging in now. When I call my # it went to voicemail and if i make a call it says I dont have an active plan

maybe do "change plan" , but apply it immediately, in this scenario I am assuming your payment only goes to your account, but hasn't been debited to a plan.

I miss my payment and done transaction on Jul 12 but my line is still suspended cant make and recieved call. Public Mobile got the payment already.

you can also try processing payment in incognito mode on your browser

ADD $1 dollar to your account and see what happens. Sometimes that's what is needed to jump start your plan.
