My account was suspended when it was the day it was supposed to renew. I set up auto-pay and the payment didn't go through, so I went onto my account and tried to pay again but it says "amount due: $0" and won't let me pay ..
I'm waiting for a response from a moderator but figured I'd ask for help here too.

Your available fund is enough to pay for your plan fee. If clicking on the reactivate button did not get your phone working again, it is time to create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.

Assuming you have no service due to this renewal issue, have you tried turning on/off the lost/stolen phone feature?

@shelbymacainsh Check in your payment history to see if any rewards or the $10 plan and the $5/100 canada wide minutes was applied. If all three do not show but only one, two or none then you had a renewal failure. (Its happened to me.) Contact a moderator.

@shelbymacainsh Are your services still working? During renewal your account will first say expired. Then suspended. Then after payment is taken from your balance and/or Auto Pay it will renew and say active. Do nothing if your services still work during this process.
If you have no service now your autopay may have failed of you may have accidentally caused a problem by trying to pay. If you have no service contact the moderators by clicking on the (?) at the bottom right corner of the screen and submit a ticket via simon. Type human, then account specific issue and follow the prompts to submit your ticket.

$0 due is there an available funds equal to your plan cost? what does your payment history show? if isimilare to teh link below, try the $1 trick then the lost stolen:

What is your Available Funds balance?
Maybe clear cache/site cookies or a different browser or incognito/privacy mode.
